Learned last night that Marlie Manning and Tom Ward will be joining the trip for a few days of riding through the mountains.  Yahoo!  We will have the "nutrition queen" to teach us about electrolytes.
Helen has already shopped til she dropped, picking up supplies for the route, including a plug-in cooler and a "really ugly blanket for the car that Olin will like".  I am looking forward to having Helen as a passenger in the Jeep, along with Olin in the first week.  We intend to find motels with swimming pools and playgrounds.  And bars!
Andrew will probably be with us for the first week, once his bike has been re-routed to Montreal from Sudbury!!
If all goes well, start date will be June 22 from White Rock, B.C.  The back tires will be dipped in the Pacific Ocean and then the riders will be off and running.
