Sudbury days with family

We spent a sunny Sudbury day going to the market, buying local strawberries and rhubarb for Madge to make a pie, eating sticky buns and drinking coffee.  Then off to the grocery store for supplies . Mila slept on Gordon's chest for a couple of hours in the afternoon while her parents grabbed a well-deserved sleep.  This morning the riders were off at 7.  Madge has to get organized and packed up without Helen's help!  No one here to fill the big water jugs or cut up the carrots and celery.  The boys had to choose their  own snacks!  It has been a trial for Madge to get these things done at the same time admiring Mila's every move.  She now seems to recognize us and is full of grins and goos.  Hard to say good-bye, but the journey continues and Olin (and Souhaila) will be with us tonight!
